Since then, he has been actively engaged in the water and wastewater industry. As a Technical Support Manager for Autodesk hydraulic simulation products since 2011, he led a team of product specialists to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Currently serving as the Software Development Manager at Autodesk, Shawn oversees the development of water system simulation products, including InfoWater Pro and InfoSurge.
