Melica is a Ph.D. student in the Building, Civil, and Environmental Engineering Department at Concordia University. Her research is focused on sustainable water infrastructure and the application of data-driven approaches in water systems. Currently, she is working as a Research Assistant on a collaborative project between Concordia University and the National Research Council (NRC) of Canada. The project aims to optimize water distribution system maintenance and rehabilitation under a changing climate.
