Dr. Edward K. Armah is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Center for Research and Education in Advanced Transportation Engineering Systems (CREATES). His current project addresses the pressing environmental challenges posed by hydrocarbon contamination in cold regions. As an Environmental Chemist, he aims to contribute to sustainable solutions for environmental challenges, leveraging biological processes to mitigate the impact of climate change on our planet. He is a registered member of the Water Institute of Southern Africa (WISA) and the Young Water Professionals (YWP) of South Africa. He adds to his credit over thirty (30) peer-reviewed articles in reputable Journals, many of which have been presented in both local and international conferences.
