Dr. Dell’Aira has been involved in research projects related to optimal water distribution network design and rehabilitation, flood frequency analysis, and the application of machine learning in hydrology. Additionally, he has developed novel methodologies for basin representations based on hydrologic connectivity. His current research interests focus on implementing effective green stormwater infrastructure and leveraging large-sample hydrologic datasets to enhance our understanding of watershed-scale hydrologic processes.
