Dr. Fouad Jaber is a professor and integrated water resources management extension specialist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension located at the Texas AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Dallas. He has been conducting research and extension programs related to green stormwater infrastructure, nature-based systems, stream restoration, and climate change resiliency studies since 2002 with funding to his lab exceeding 3 million dollars. Dr. Jaber is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He has received the 2016 Standards Development Award from ASABE, the 2014 Blue Ribbon Award – The American Society for Horticultural Sciences Southern Region, and the 2011 Blue Ribbon Award, American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers.
