Arianna Dada is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Civil, Environmental, Architectural Engineering, and Mathematics (DICATAM) at the University of Brescia. She earned her PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering, International Cooperation, and Mathematics at the University of Brescia with a thesis titled "Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems: Assessing Raingarden Hydraulic Behaviour Using Low-Cost Electronic Sensor Technology and Numerical Modelling." She holds a master's degree in Architectural Engineering. Her research focuses on hydraulic modeling and the study of green solutions to mitigate flood risk in urban areas. She is currently collaborating with Monash University on a project involving the use of electronic sensors to monitor the proper functioning of biofilters.
