Elizabeth Wulbrecht is a graduate of Purdue University, where she received a Master of Arts degree in Political Science. After graduating, Elizabeth moved to Alaska to work at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC). In the engineering department, Elizabeth and her coworkers strive to improve sanitation services across rural Alaska, including the implementation and repairs of both decentralized and centralized systems.
