Senior Water Resources Engineer

Jim has over 40 years of experience as a water resources engineer, and currently works as a Senior Water Resources Engineer with Stantec. Prior to his current position with Stantec, he worked as a water resources consultant for WEST Consultants. He retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) in 2015 after working in various positions for over 35 years with the Corps, Bureau of Reclamation, and U.S. Geological Survey. His most recent position with the Corps was managing the Columbia River Water Management Division in Portland, Oregon. He is a registered professional engineer, and is board-certified as a water resources engineer with the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers.
