Dr. Alp has 25 years of experience in water resources management. He heavily worked with local and governmental organizations both in the U.S., and Turkiye. The water quality model he developed for the Chicago Waterway System in 2006 is still being used by the decision makers. He has been a full time faculty in METU Environmental Eng. Dept since 2008.
