Caleb DeChant is a Senior Water Resources Engineer with RMA, a GEI company. He specializes in hydrologic forecasting, statistical analysis and software development. He is the primary developer of the HEC-MetVue and contributed to the development of many other USACE Hydrologic Engineering Center programs, including HEC-HMS, HEC-SSP, HEC-WAT, HEC-RTS, and HEC-ResSim. Caleb earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering at the University of Portland, and his Master's and Doctorate in civil and environmental engineering at Portland State University.
