Lee is a professional engineer with 22 of experience practicing water resources engineering. Lee received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and has performed research into stormwater best management practices (BMPs) at the University of Central Florida's Stormwater Management Academy. He is a board of director’s member of the Florida Stormwater Association and past Chair of the award winning EWRI East Central Branch of Florida. Lee’s current work focuses on addressing complicated water issues primarily for Florida municipalities looking to balance the competing needs of a rapidly growing Florida population while protecting vital environmental systems.
