Danielle has a background in chemical engineering and has spent most of her career in AI software development within engineering consulting firms, where she has developed and deployed data-driven ML-based solutions for multiple industries including water and wastewater treatment. She has worn many hats along her 20+ year career in AI and ML, such as developer, team lead, consultant, product manager, model architect, sales, GTM strategist, researcher, and professor. She is an adjunct professor at McMaster University, currently co-organizing the ADCHEM 2024 conference in Toronto and, in the past, the Fields Institute Industrial Optimization Seminars, and is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with academia.
