Mr. Rosati graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan Technological University in 2018. After that, he worked in the municipal solid waste industry for several years assisting with the design of gas and leachate collection systems as well as cap and liner systems for landfills. In 2023 he earned his Master of science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of North Dakota. In 2023 Mr. Rosati began working on his PhD in Environmental Engineering and working as a Graduate Intern at the Hydrology Bureau in the Office of the State Engineer. He is also continuing work as a Research Assistant for the University of North Dakota with focus areas including remote sensing, machine learning, water quality monitoring, as well as surface and subsurface hydrology.
