Dr. Homa Salehabadi is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Utah State University, specializing in water resources and hydrology. Her research focuses on developing and evaluating future hydrological scenarios to inform water resources management and decision-making in the face of droughts and future climate change uncertainties. She employs advanced statistical methods and stochastic simulations to conduct in-depth data analysis and generate time series ensembles that account for future changes and non-stationarity along with historical and tree-ring reconstructed data. Dr. Salehabadi’s work has primarily focused on the Colorado River Basin, and she has collaborated with the Center for Colorado River Studies and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation on projects related to this basin.
