Penny Selman is a civil engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the nuclear power industry. She currently serves as a senior program manager in the Nuclear Fleet Design Engineering Regulatory Programs group at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) with an oversight role for the Tennessee Valley updated hydrologic analysis.
