Matthew Palermo is a graduate student in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Villanova University, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering. He is also a member of the Villanova Center for Resilient Water Systems (VCRWS) and is researching the effectiveness and lifespan of filtration systems for Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) connected to urban highways. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
