Laura Lair is Project Manager at Clermont County Office of Environmental Quality. She oversees the County’s water quality monitoring programs. Projects she has worked on include the study of agricultural best management practices as they relate to surface water quality in the East Fork Watershed. In partnership with Ohio State University, she was project manager for the off-channel constructed wetland monitoring project in Williamsburg, Ohio, which is funded by Ohio EPA 319, H2Ohio, USFWS, and ODHE grants.
