Dr. Aggrey Muhebwa holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) scholar. His doctoral research focused on using machine learning and satellite imagery to support critical infrastructure measurement and sustainable development. Previously, he spent 3 years in various engineering roles before earning a masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
