Zach Morris is a Computer Scientist on the HEC-RAS team. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis. He has worked at the Hydrologic Engineering Center for 4 years on HEC-RAS, developing several exciting new tools for sediment and hydraulic design. His last few years have been spent working on the new HEC-RAS 2025 project.
