Dr. Bo Liu is an accomplished environmental engineer with over 16 years of experience in stormwater management, environmental research, and water quality improvement. He earned his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida in 2007, where he laid the groundwork for a career dedicated to improving water management systems. Since 2008, Dr. Liu has led the Mid-Atlantic Stormwater Research Center as its Director, where he is responsible for developing cutting-edge research facilities and conducting critical evaluations of site hydrology and water chemistry. Dr. Liu joined ADS in 2014 and has since taken on key roles, including managing the hydraulics lab and leading initiatives in product development, testing, and improvements, particularly in the field of water quality. As a Senior Engineer, he continues to oversee lab operations, testing programs, and facility enhancements while expanding his responsibilities within the company.
