Water resources engineer

Elad Salomons is a “hands-on” Water Resources Engineer with over 25 years of consulting experience with engineering firms, water utilities, the Israeli national water company, and start-up companies in the water sector. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering, an M.Sc in Engineering and Management of Water Resources (both from the Technion, Israel), and a Ph.D. from the University of Haifa, Israel. Elad focuses on water distribution systems management and control, modeling, optimization, water security, software development, and research. In his research activities, Elad has participated in multiple research projects – domestic and international and is the co-author of dozens of papers. Elad is active in the development of the open-source EPANET project as a member of the development committee for the project.
