Kristy Riley is the Division Chief of the Hydraulics Division at the Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC) and oversees the HEC-RAS team. She has been working at the Army Corps of Engineers for over 16 years with experience in Hydraulics and Water Management at HEC, Seattle District, and Sacramento District. She holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University (San Luis Obispo) and a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California, Davis. Kristy is a registered Professional Engineer in California and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
