Patrick Sing, PE, has over 15 years of experience as a civil engineer with USACE San Francisco District, of which 9 years has been spent as lead water manager for Lake Mendocino and Lake Sonoma in the Russian River watershed and Lake Del Valle in Livermore, CA. His areas of expertise are reservoir operations and hydraulic analysis.
Patrick’s current project work is focused on implementing FIRO via real-time reservoir release decision, and updates of the water control manuals for Lake Mendocino and Lake Sonoma.
Patrick has a BS Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
