Greg is Chief of the Hydrology and Statistics Division at the US Army Corps of Engineers Hydrologic Engineering Center. He is the team lead and a developer for HEC’s hydrologic modeling software, HMS. His principal areas of responsibility are statistical analysis and modeling, hydrometeorology, climate change analysis, numerical optimization, uncertainty analysis, risk analysis, and hydrologic modeling. Greg received his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington State University where his thesis developed a probabilistic framework for uncertainty analysis of design storm application under climate change. His B.S. degree in Civil Engineering is from Michigan Tech.
