A Senior Scientist in the Water Infrastructure Division (WID) of EPA/ORD. His major research and development (R&D) activities revolve around urban planning, Smart Water programs, infrastructure renewal and adaptation for climate resilience and socioeconomic sustainability. He published 8 EPA reports, 68 journal articles, and over 100 conference papers and presentations, and participated in IPCC and international cooperative activities. As registered P.E., he was a engineering consultant responsible for large-scale environmental and capital improvement projects over the U.S. and overseas before his R&D career at EPA.
