Scott Mansell is a Principal Engineer in the Research and Innovation Department at Clean Water Services where he's been since 2017. Scott works at the nexus between research and environmental engineering leading project on a wide variety of topics including water quality modeling, continuous sensing in the natural and engineered environments, trace organics, and emerging contaminants. Prior to working at CWS, Scott earned a PhD in Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley in 2012 and spent five years in consulting.
