Dr. Morse has been the lead modeler for 16 years at Jacobs, a global engineering services consulting firm, within their Advanced Hydraulics Group. He has applied CFD and hydraulic transient analysis to a wide variety of engineering problems around the globe including water and wastewater treatment facilities, CSO’s, deep tunnel dropshafts, dams, rivers, storage reservoirs, and pump stations. In addition, he supports and provides input to the ongoing development of in-house software based on his experience and understanding of the code and underlying hydraulic concepts. He is a co-author of the Pumping Intakes chapter of the ASCE’s recent book “Computational Fluid Dynamics – Applications in Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Treatment”.
