Dr. Obulisamy Parthiba Karthikeyan earned his PhD in Environmental Sciences from Centre for Environmental Studies, Anna University, Chennai, TN, India. His main area of research interest focuses on management of solid wastes and industrial wastewater for developing countries (industrial engineering of metal-rich wastewater treatment/remediation technologies, Anaerobic digestion for landfill bioreactor design and process optimization, Greenhouse gas emission abatement strategies (methane and CO2), Environmental impact assessment for renewable energy projects, Bio-product development from renewable resources and industrial gases and Renewable fuel development and energy storage (microbial oil, methane, alcohols). He has published 2 books, 4 book chapters, and 33 peer-reviewed publications. He also delivered number of presentation in scientific meetings.
