I am a PhD student in the Department of Civil, Materials, and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois Chicago under the supervision of Prof. Krishna R. Reddy. My thesis research aims at utilizing advanced AI modeling techniques in conjunction with coupled-process models of landfills in order to optimize recovery of resources like biogas energy and thermal energy from landfills. In addition my research interests include: Sustainable and resilient engineering, contaminated site remediation, industrial waste material reuse, and wastewater reuse.
