Dr. Rashi Bhushan is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Arizona. She is currently working on Net Zero Urban Water Future for the southwest US, an NSF project which aims at identifying the barriers and adaptive solutions for achieving water sustainability and self-sufficiency for the region. Her key interests include hydrologic modeling, water resources planning and management under climate change, modeling centralized and decentralized solutions for urban water management, and systems modeling and optimization. With her skills she intends to address problems related to freshwater scarcity, water access inequity, and infrastructure operations under uncertainty.
