Mr. Li Liao is a Vice President of HJI Group Corporation, USA. He is the Principal Municipal Engineer in water, wastewater, and solid waste with over 30 years of professional experience in engineering design and construction management involving feasibility studies, engineering surveys and designs, procurement and contract management, construction supervision, completion and training, operation and maintenance. Mr. Liao has managed a large number of projects for a variety of clients across China, involving water and wastewater treatment plants, water resource management, river bank rehabilitation and flood control, roads and bridges, tunnels and disaster shelters. Many of these projects were financed by international financial institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and French Development Agency (AFD). Mr. Liao obtained his B.Sc. degree in Environment Engineering from Tongji University (China).
