Mr. Yi Shi is a Senior Infrastructure International Project Management Consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and European Investment Bank, served as the Director of the Sichuan Urban Environment Project Office, China. With more than 30 years of professional experience in engineering design and infrastructure project management, Mr. Shi has overseen the management and implementation of a large number of infrastructure projects in China that were funded by the World Bank, ADB, and French Development Agency. Since 2017, for the jointly sponsored program by ADB and the National Accounting Institute of China, Mr. Shi has provided advanced training to more than 400 professionals from 20 provinces across the country on internationally funded project implementation and management. Mr. Shi obtained his B.Sc. degree in Municipal Engineering from Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering (China) and M.S. degree in Management from the University of South Australia.
