I am an environment and water resources engineer with over 25 years of experience. My technical specialties include:
 Coastal resiliency and climate adaptation
 Offshore windfarm construction and operation impact assessment in support of federal and state permits
 Geomorphology, seabed mobility, stream restoration and coastal living shoreline design.
 Coastal hydrodynamics and wave modeling. Oil spill modeling and response planning.
 Sediment fate and transport in riverine and coastal estuaries.
 Watershed and ecosystem assessment; Master planning of stormwater and sewer network. Stormwater utility development. NPDES permit for municipal and industrial entities. Green infrastructure BMPs design.
 Hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality studies; flood study and mapping; bridge hydraulics, scour, and countermeasure.
 Contaminate site investigation and remediation study, quantitative risk assessment; Modeling of groundwater flow, and solute fate and transport; Surface-groundwater interaction and water supply evaluation. Stochastic modeling, uncertainty analysis, and parameter estimation.
