Carol graduated with her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and her M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. She has been a Water Resources Engineer with the Center for Watershed Protection for eight years. Some projects Carol works on include stormwater research, stormwater guidebook development, BMP design and permitting, plan review, water quality monitoring, Clean Water Certificate training, and construction inspection.
